How will I receive the refills?
We don’t want to spill the details yet, but you’ll see more info over email and Social in the next few weeks. Our new refills are a huge win for the planet and for customers, and we can’t wait for you see what we’ve been working on.
What if I didn’t save my most recent jars?
Don’t worry—if you’re a Root Source™ subscriber and recently received an order, there’s a good chance your next refill will arrive in the usual jars. Just be sure to hold onto those, and you’ll be all set for future refills. You can also contact The Pros and we’ll double-check this for you!
Can I return the extra jars for a credit?
At this time, we don’t have a jar return program and aren’t accepting empty jar returns. But this is a great idea, and we’ve shared it with our team!
If I break my jars do I have to pay more to receive them?
Should anything ever happen to your supplements jars, just reach out to our team and we’ll make things right. And in the meantime, rest assured your jars are extremely durable and made to last; just be sure to keep them safely stored away when not in use.
Can I request to still get jars?
In the next few weeks, all returning Root Source customers will automatically receive refills in our new packaging. If for any reason you’ll need your next refill to arrive in glass jars, contact The Pros before your order is processed. We’ll do our best to accommodate!
